St Luke's Hospice Plymouth is close to the hearts of all those that have been touched by the care they give.

All donations made to our Forget-Me-Not Fund will go towards helping us to continue to provide the high quality care that we strive to achieve for everyone who needs us. We can only do so with your help.

By having your own fund we will send you annual updates on how your fund is growing, you can have a candle lit in our chapel or rememberance garden, and you can also have your loved ones name in our Book Of Names on the date of your choice.
