This is our first marathon and, having been overlooked for London several times, we are running it in Manchester. The route takes us all around Trafford so please come along and support us, we'll be out there for a while completing the 26 mile course!</p> <p>Our training has begun in earnest and your support will keep us going over the next&nbsp;4 months.</p> <p>Greg and I both work for Pozzoni Architects who have designed several homes for Stockdales where my brother, Hew, lived until Christmas 2003 when he suddenly and very sadly died at the age of 24. I miss&nbsp;Hew terribly but take comfort from knowing Stockdales provided a wonderful home for him. They continue to provide a loving home for children and adults with the most profound disabilites, enabling them to fulfil their potential and have great fun along the way. All the people associated with Stockdales know what great work they do and how expensive their very special type of care is.
