<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. So why am I going to Base Camp Everest?</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Century Gothic','sans-serif'; font-size: 10pt;">When we ended our Husky safari up in the Arctic circle last January (see photo) the boys said “so next year base camp Everest then” and without thinking I said “Ok why not” before realising what I might have let myself in for!</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Century Gothic','sans-serif'; font-size: 10pt;">Then and quite independently our company decided to support the Prostate Cancer charity for the coming year so I began putting two and two together a) I discovered that the charity have a base camp trip in their programme b) I needed to get fit (pronto). Hey presto super-fit Phil would of course find sponsors and raise money for Prostate Cancer. </span></p>
