Please sponsor me for what is a last minute decision to run this.  I haven't run for a while, although hopefully the training for the Bike Ride (ten days after this no less) will mean I'm in good shape.

This run strikes a chord with mean because of Super Neil Harris - Millwall legend.  He is a testiment (excuse the almost pun) to what spirit and courage can do in the face of adversity.  Here's to breaking T****'s record next year...
