For my sins, I'm going to attempt to run the Stratford half marathon on April 26th.

I'm doing this chiefly because I drink and eat  too much and need to compensate by getting some exercise! However, I thought while I was at it, it would be good to raise some money for the Multiple Sclerosis International Federation.
