The Wooden Spoon – Helping Disadvantaged Children

The Wooden Spoon is a wonderful charity that does incredibly valuable work raising funds for disadvantaged children, whether they suffer from a lifelong disability that will profoundly affect their ability to lead a full and happy life or are growing up in low income households or in an environment where they are subjected to poverty of aspiration.

Strutt & Parker is supporting the amazing work that the The Wooden Spoon does, and all of our 47 offices around the country have taken on the challenge to raise money for this incredibly valuable and important cause.

On 1st April, staff from the northern region offices will attempt to walk the 84-mile length of Hadrian's Wall in one day (relay-style!).  This is no mean feat, but we intend to succeed!

We want to raise as much as possible for this very worthwhile cause and would be incredibly grateful for sponsorship and donations for our efforts. No matter how small, we would be extremely appreciative of any support that you can give us to reach our goal.

Donations can be made through this web site or by cheque made payable to The Wooden Spoon and mailed to: Sandra Platt, Strutt & Parker, Princes House, 13 Princes Square, Harrogate, North Yorkshire  HG1 1LW.

So please dig deep and donate now, and thank you for taking the time to visit our fundraising page!
