Team Nobu

 

Three members coming together to raise as much money as possible for Macmillan Cancer Support. We are uniting the two Nobu sites in London, which is another way of saying we are tapping up as many people as possible for money!

Stuart

 

The marathon veteran. The team leader. The resident Essex boy impersonator. The Flying Scotsman!

Aiming to set a new personal best but training hasn’t quite gone to plan so far. Can he get back on track and pick up some speed?? Famous for having ‘off’ days when it comes to diet but it didn’t do him any harm when he smashed his personal best in the 2012 Paris marathon.

Marc

 

The ‘young’ whipper snapper. The cocky one. Nicknamed the Kenyan at football due to his ‘engine’.

Running the marathon distance for the first time but has the confidence, or cockiness, to aim for a quicker time than the other two members. Will he live up to his own hype or will he fall flat on his face?! Time will tell!

The Italian. The Aussie. The Italian Aussie. The lanky one.

Also running the marathon distance for the first time. Training has been going well but can he go the distance? If his past exploits on the football pitch are anything to go by then the answer is yes.

Has a distinct advantage over Stuart due to the fact his stride is twice as long as Stuart is tall!
