I'm still voluntering for Epilepsy Action and thought it was time to raise some more money for what I think is a worthy cause. 

Even thought the last thing I ran was a bath, I have decided to run the Great South Run in October.  10 miles round Portsmouth, hopefully in the dry.

Trainers are to be bought and training started so whilst I start to train please sponsor me to keep me keen and enthusiastic.
