Hi Everyone, thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Following my retirement from rugby earlier this year I have decided to put my hard earned fitness to good use by talking part in the London to Paris cycle ride in aid of Macmillian Cancer Research.  I'm sure you'll agree its a very worthwhile charity to support.

The challenge takes place between the 8-12th July and each day I will cycle between 90-145km.

I bought my first road bike a couple of weeks ago and have not been able to sit down since.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Macmillan Cancer Support gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Thanks for your support.
