You know I'm doing this BUPA Great Run thing? Well, I'm collecting sponsorship money for charity. Oh yes.

When he was 28,  Andy Forster (Vulch) died in an accident on Bowfell in the Lake District. He was my best friend.

In memory of him, I'm hoping to raise as much money as possible for The Lake District Search and Mountain Rescue Association. They are funded almost exclusively by public donation and save countless lives every year.
