We fund research to stop prostate cancer killing men

Story

On 22nd April 2007 (just four days before my 30th birthday……!) I’ll be running the London Marathon to raise money for The Prostate Cancer Charity.

22nd April is an important date for me, and the family, as it was on this same date in 2004 that my Dad, Andrew, died of prostate cancer aged 60.

Those who knew Dad will vouch that for years the cancer did not stop him from living his life as he always had - as a happy, loving and hospitable family man.

The Prostate Cancer Charity provides support and information to anyone concerned about this type of cancer, and aims to raise its profile among the public and in the media.  It also funds research into the causes of, and treatments for, prostate cancer and funds specialist nurses.

Please help me support this charity by giving generously!

Thank you!
