Story

Hi guys,

Update 4 - Both of us made it round in just about one piece on Monday despite the lashing rain, howling winds and the evil hill at Mile 21. Bryan completed the course in 3hrs 41mins 51secs and Dave in 3hrs 24mins 33secs (nearly 24 minutes faster than his previous time).

Update 3 - All four of us made it round in one piece. Bryan and Dave made it round in under 1:40 and Sophie and Liz made it round in under 2:25. Times, positions etc for us and other (old) Warwickensians can be found at http://blogs.warwick.ac.uk/dhaggart/entry/1_hr_32_1/

UPDATE 2 - 2 Days to go and we have all bar hit our original target, so being ambitious types, we've rasied it to £2000!!! This will enable the hospice to buy a new air matress, or provide 10 days in-patient care.

UPDATE 1 - 5 Days until the 1/2M!!! Look out for us with our shiny personalised running vests as we run round Cov Ring Road... Thanks for visiting the site to sponsor us. We are all running the Lady Godiva (Coventry) Half Marathon on September 25th and Bryan and Dave are running the Dublin Marathon on October 31st. We are collecting money for Wakefield Hospice, where Doug's dad spent time last year. By sponsoring us online, Wakefield Hospice will receive your donation direct and if you are a UK taxpayer GiftAid will automatically be added. We'll also be going around collecting donations in person. You can read Dave's training blog at http://blogs.warwick.ac.uk/dhaggart and find out how he is doing on the training front. Many thanks for your support. Dave, Sophie, Bryan and Liz Team Stuck In The Bubble
