Watch out Kipchoge!
I'm 'running' the Berlin and Dublin Marathons in 2022 in aid of Pancreatic Cancer UK (my second and third 26 milers). The last attempt resulted in a knee operation...
There's a bit of Covid roll over at play, resulting in me attempting to run Berlin on 25 September and Dublin on 30 October 2022.
With huge support from great people like you I made it through the 2015 London Marathon and managed to raise £3,328 and it's time to do it all again.
Pancreatic cancer has deeply affected my family and friends and I want to help others affected by this disease as much as I can.
It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with pancreatic cancer die within 3 months. Survival rates have improved enormously for most cancers, yet for pancreatic cancer, this is not the case. Pancreatic Cancer UK is dedicated to taking on this injustice using every possible means. They're supporting people with pancreatic cancer now, campaigning, and funding vital research to transform the future. Help them to make the breakthroughs that people with pancreatic cancer so desperately need.
