Moebius Syndrome is a rare congenital disorder which to date, has no cure. It affects primarily the 6th & 7th cranial nerves, which means that those with the condition are unable to move their faces (can't smile, frown, suck, grimace or blink eyes). We aim to raise £250,000 to fund research into the cause of Moebius.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I have taken the plunge and have decided to seriously try to lose weight.

To make it harder for me to quit or more challenging -  I can't deicde which   - I am doing it for charity.

So please support me.  I want to lose at least 3 stone this year.  It's gonna be tough but there's enough to loose as you can see from the photo!  I'm the big one in black & white - oh wait that doesn't really help does it!!!

Some of you know the Moebius Research Trust is a charity dear to my heart and donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Moebius Research Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Update 23.11.09:  I did it.  3 stone lost.  Thanks to everyone who supported me along the way!!
