I think this picture summs up my feelings well, having been unwell the week leading up to the great south run i only decided to go ahead with it 24 hours earlier. Despite my struggle around the course i still managed to knock 3 minutes off last years time. I didnt anticipate the  flood of emotions  that hit me as i crossed the  line. With off line donations i have hit my target of £500  so a big thank you to everyone who sponsored me for this very worthy yet little known charity

 In January 2008  I tragically and unexpectedly lost my  lovely brother. Paul who had suffered wth a mental illness for most of his life. I want to raise money in memory of him and for others who suffer with an  illness that  is so often unspoken
