On 22nd June, I will be taking part in the Cheltenham Circular Challenge, a 26 mile walk. 

For those of you who don't know I turn 40 this year, and by the time 22nd June comes around, it will be getting on for 10 years since my Dad died of a massive heart attack in his sleep. 

Cheltenham was my Dad's home town so it feels right to raise money walking the countryside he loved.

I'd like to raise £1000 for the British Heart Foundation, so I'm asking everyone to please donate generously and help me reach my target.
