Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!

In March next year I will be part of a group trekking 100km across the Sahara Desert to raise funds for Classic FM Music Makers, a charity which helps fund music therapy and education projects for children and adults across the UK.

A great cause indeed – but is it a wise decision to clamber up sand dunes and trek across parched  and dusty plains under the burning sun when I will have just reached a half century in age?  Should I be hanging up my walking boots and staying in with a nice comfy pair of slippers instead?  Only time will tell.... but I am determined to take up the challenge and go for it – and your support will be greatly appreciated as I cross the sandy wilderness – thank you!
