About my charity : St Luke's Hospice (Basildon And District) Limited St Luke's Hospice (Basildon And District) Limited
Services are available free to all living in the area who are terminally ill, the majority of whom have cancer. It strives to provide a warm, loving ,caring environment where the emphasis is on quality care provided through an In-Patient Unit, Day Care Unit, Hospice at Home Service, Bereavement Support, Children's Bereavement Counselling, Carers Support and Sitting Service.

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Done it!!!! My race was as at 5pm just before the heavens opened.  It rained for all of the bike section and part of the run.Whilst I did not finish in the time I had set myself (under 2 hours) my official time was 2 hours 7 minutes and 22 seconds.  I was 640th out of a total of 715 that finished.

I would like to thank all of you for your generous sponsorship (total at present just over £3,000) which has far exceeded my £1,750 target. Also a big thank you for helping me say thank you to St Luke’s for all the care and support that Mum and my family received last December.

Here’s to next year’s Triathlon – yeah right???
