Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

I have now completed the Hadrian's Wall  walk, all 84 miles of it!!

My friend, Judy Wilson and I started on Saturday 27th June at 12.30 pm and finished on Thursday 2nd July 2009 at 4.10 pm.

We walked in stages from:

Wallsend to Heddon on the Wall

Heddon on the Wall to Chollerford

Chollerford to Steely Rigg

Saughy Rigg to Walton

Walton to Carlisle

Carlisle to Bowness on Solway

Many thanks to Judy for all her encouragement and support during the walk, (I could not have done it without you)  to all those of you who sent texts and phoned with messages of encouragement (they were very much appreciated) and to my partner Kevin for his love and support as always and finally a very big thankyou to all of you who have very generously sponsored me and enabled me to pass my target of £1500. Donations are still being accepted and we can always increase the target to £2,000!!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Samantha Dickson Brain Tumour Trust (SDBTT) gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Thank you for your support.
