We are moving further, faster to help everyone affected by a brain tumour

Story

Our beautiful friend Penny, was diagnosed with a brain tumour some seven months ago. This has opened my eyes to the lack of treatments to cure this devastating disease. Traditional cancer treatments like chemotherapy are largely ineffective.

Pen and I spoke about organising a parachute jump in the past. So to fund research in to finding a cure, honour a precious friend and have some fun in the process, I’m completing a parachute jump on Sunday 27th July to raise over £10,000 in total by 14th August.

Pen sadly passed away Thursday, 17th July. Her funeral will be held Monday 28th July - the day after I complete my parachute jump. A fitting tribute to a treasured friend who'll be remembered with much love and affection.

There are four ways you can help :

1) Sponsor me! Funds go direct to the Samantha Dickson Brain Tumour Trust.

2) Jump with me! You’ll need to complete a freefall tandem sky dive or a gentler static line solo jump and raise £400+.

3) Spread the word! Email friends who will be interested. Download a widget on your Facebook or MySpace page. Go to the "Share this page" link above.

4) Come and spectate! I'm jumping this Sunday 27th July near High Wycombe / Merton. Email me if you'd like to be there too susannahleeslow@yahoo.co.uk

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation. So please get involved :-) !!

Love x
