More 'fun walk' than 'fun run' I'll be taking part in the Adidas 5K Challenge on 7th
September in Hyde Park to raise much needed funds for the Post-Adoption Centre.

Post-Adoption Centre offers a range of services to help adoptive families, adopted adults and birth relatives  including:

 A free daily advice line open to anyone affected by adoption across the UK

 Face to face counselling at its Centre in London or any of 13 surgeries in Local Authorities in the South  East region

 Intensive therapeutic programmes for adoptive families

 Consultations for parents, couples families and professionals

 Assessment of contact needs and arrangements

 Bespoke workshops, seminars and training for parents, families and professionals
