Snowdon Challenge · 26 February 2007

Over 150,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

On Sunday May 6th a team of volunteers made up of friends and collegues from Quill Pinpoint Accounting helped to push, pull and carry me, in my wheelchair, up  Mount Snowdon.

We climbed 1005m up into the clouds and then came back down another 226m to the station where I got a train down.  They then walked the rest of the way down.

We were helped by guides from Snowdonia Adventues and were provided with a specially adapted wheelchair from Medicare Technology.

It was an amazing day, hampered only by the bad weather near the summit.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who was involved in the event and to ask you to make it even better by sponsoring us.
