Story
In 2008 we walked the Yorkshire 3 Peaks on a glorious sunny day & managed to create the largest beer garden in England courtesy of Theakstons brewery and raised a brilliant £2400 in addition to over £15000 raised earlier in the year.
This year we are having a change of location for the walk on to the Cleveland way in North Yorkshire - Osmotherley to Sutton Bank and back a total of 26 miles. Hopefully not so many steep climbs but unfortunately no beer garden in the middle either!
We are raising funds for Sue Ryder Care again as it continues to deliver essential loving care in 2 cancer hospices, in Yorkshire, at Wheatfields and Manorlands hospices as well as 2 neurological units at Holme Hall in East Yorkshire and Hickleton Hall in South Yorkshire.
Please give generously, for example a donation of £20 will pay for daily pain relief for someone with Multiple Sclerosis for a whole month or a £50 donation will pay for physiotherapy sessions to aid comfort and mobility to any one of Sue Ryder Care's patients.
Today is your chance to help Sue Ryder Care to make every day special for the people in their care.

WE DID IT! - The sun shone, the back up crew were brilliant, no incidents & only a few blisters which will be gone by next weekend!
