The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Hi,

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

My name is Sue Shea (that's me at seventeen months on the left), for those that don't know me, I have a twelve year old son who is on the autistic spectrum. I am cycling the N.A.S. Five Countries Challenge to raise money to try and make a difference to children and families affected by this disability.

I completed the London to Reims event last year for the N.A.S. and not only enjoyed it, but found it both challenging and rewarding. So much so, that I'm doing this even longer ride this year..........for my sins!

So folks, please dig as deep as you can, raid your piggy banks, hunt down the back of the sofa for the odd coins, as every penny makes a difference to all that are affected by this "unseen" disability.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Autistic Society gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!

Thanking you in advance,

Sue
