WHAT?
I'm did a fire walk - that's walking on hot coals.
Like they say the proof is in the picture..
Each go was around 4 or 5 steps, and I went 4 times!

WHY?
Oh a moment of insanity in a training session when I was sat next to the guy who is organising the event and said, "yeah go on put me down for that."

On a more serious note as I guess you will know if you know me personally, for the past 6 years Barnardo's has been a pillar of stability in my life and this is a chance to give something back to the organisation.

Despite slightly sour feet this morning, and that is mostly form standing on the carpark in bare feet waiting to go again! It still beats jumping out of an plane with just a bed sheet!
