Barnsley critical care is making a huge effort to help our long term ventilation patients by purchasing a specialist wheelchair to take our patients outside. The chair allows attachment of a ventilator, monitoring and pumps. Some of our long stayers don't get to see daylight or feel the sun on their faces for months, this will help them do so!
