Mark has run around London, swum from Alcatraz and climbed one of the highest mountains in the French Alps, so he thought he would now cycle some of the olympic route around London and Surrey to raise money for The Sunflower Trust which helps children be the best that they can be.

This charity has pioneered The Sunflower Programme over the last 20 years. Using functional neurology it seeks to interrogate the state of the nervous system.  Based on feedback from the body, the programme integrates various functional, chemical, mental and emotional elements more fully so that the children are able to access and employ more of their own potential for health and achievement.  The results have been impressive.

The Sunflower Trust needs proper funding so that it can help more children be the best that they can be.
