3 April – 10km Richmond park (a little slow at 01:01:07 but fun run)
18 April – Swimathon 2.5k (57:80 min)
5 June – Blenheim sprint tri (didn't participate :(
3 July – Shockabsorber woman only challenge tri
11 July - British 10K

24 July - Hyde Park sprint triathlon

26 Sep – Run to the Beat 1/2 marathon

I raised money for SOS Africa in 2007 and it helped 2 kids have education for a few extra years. It's a cause close to my heart and I'd appreciate anything you can give. These kids will appreciate it for the rest of their lives. I figured that I would try and challenge myself continuously for 1 year and raise money for kids, whose challenges are far greater than mine.
