Thank you very much for suppporting me and my 22 mile swim in November 2008! 

 I originally planned to complete the swim in under 17 hours, swimming the whole distance in breaststroke at The Royal Clifton Health Club.

I have now completed the swim in 14hrs 11mins (The mens' world record for this distance in breaststroke is 13hrs 31mins, there is no official womens' record).  

It was great fun and I'm really happy to be sending in such a fantastic amount to help people with spinal cord injuries. I already miss the excitement of the swim!
