Hi there At this very moment I am planning a 6 month youth exchange to St Vincent for January 2010 which I am looking forward to. However I need your help raising funds towards its completion. Here's what you need to know about the project: When in St Vincent I will be strengthening relationships built previously and aim to set up a possible link with my old college in London, and create a working library for the Liberty lodge. I also hope to develop and implement a conflict resolution programme where I will use drama to explore conflict with the students of Liberty Lodge Boys Home. The boy’s home is a refuge for those young men who have been exposed to various types of abuse or violence. My main aims for these projects are to assist the boys with their education such as Maths and English and carry out a conflict resolution programme which will hopefully provide the boys with a better understanding of conflict and develop their self esteem. Previously I have been on a youth exchange to St Vincent and Liberty Lodge for 2 months which I thoroughly enjoyed. Going back gives me the opportunity to continue the work that was started, and build on it!
