Our charity is AYME. As many of you know ME is a cause very close to home. Below is a little bit of information about it if any of you are interested.

Myalgic Encephalopathy/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, ME/CFS is a painful and debilitating condition, that has no known cause or cure. The most severely affected can be bedbound, tube-fed and sound, light and touch sensitive. Unable to go to school, they lose touch with friends and their education.  It is the most common cause of long term absence among school children affecting an estimated 25,000 young people in the UK. AYME has helped over 6000 members, aged 3 to 26 years and desperately needs your money to continue to support young people and give them the best chance of recovery and hopeful future.
