Anyone who knows me well will know that I loathe running with a vengeance. I don't even run to catch a train.

The main reason for this is -

It is really embarrassing to be seen running in public - I go a strange shade of purple which takes some time to subside after I stop running. I also look as though I have been caught in a heavy downpour within about 5 minutes. (If you sponsor me, I might send you a photo to prove the purple/sweaty hideousness of it all......or maybe it would put you off your lunch!

Capability is a great charity, which is especially important for providing care and education to severely disabled children, as well as helping their families. The work they do is enough to motivate me to humiliate myself in public, so please do spnsor me.
