This year I'm running the Liverpool Half Marathon (argh!) for The Cancer Resource Centre (http://www.cancer-resource-centre.org.uk/) with whom I am also a Home Visiting volunteer.  It's an amazing organisation providing a much needed service to anyone who has been affected by cancer.  This includes not just people who have cancer but also those who have a family member or friend with the disease as well as health care professionals.
