Every year I look at all the information that comes out about the Great North Run, Race for Life etc and chunter that I'd do it if I could swim it...well this year I can!! For the first time ever there is the GREAT NORTH SWIM, swim a mile in Windermere in September!!  Anyway, I decided to chunter no more and put my money where my mouth is...the question is...will you?!!

I am swimming in aid of Church Urban Fund, a brilliant charity who I do a lot of work with, who support projects in some of our poorest areas which aim to raise people out of poverty.  Some of the money I raise will be sent directly to projects supporting the poorest people within the Wakefield Diocese (where I work!) so by supporting me in my swim you are supporting those in our area who are most in need!!
