Well its that time again and I'm back in training; or rather I will be as soon as this weather picks up! ahem....

I would love to beat last years target, now I know I am asking an awful lot, but its great work that we do here at the Mission, so worthwhile; if you don't believe me, come down and take a look for yourself, but dig deep, because I will be asking for your money! 

Just look at the picture of last years race, I'm sure I could beat my personal best if I had the right incentive.
