The John Muir Trust is the UK’s leading wild land conservation charity. Through conserving, campaigning and inspiring people, we seek to ensure that wild land is protected and that wild places are valued by all members of society. Over the years we have acquired some of Scotland's finest wildland treasures including part of the Cuillins on Skye, Schiehallion in Perthshire, and most of Ben Nevis.
The Trust takes its name after the Scots-born pioneer of the modern world conservation movement, John Muir, who was the first person to actively call for the conservation of wild land.

here is some blurb: Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The John Muir Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
