Story

Lands End to John O'Groats 2014
-
After completing the challenge of rowing the equivalent of the Atlantic Ocean, on a CONCEPT2 rowing machine, over a period of 3 and a half months raising money for charity, we decided that we wanted another task to raise money for local causes. What better way than to cycle the length of your country.

Setting off on the 1st April, we plan to arrive in John O’Groats on the 10th, hopefully with the aid of a prevailing wind over the distance of 1000 miles. With the idea of not just going from A to B as the crow flies, it was agreed that we would cycle slightly further, seeing as much of the country as we can en route. 100 miles a day, for 10 days.

If you would like any more information, or would like to sponsor the team in anyway, please email us @ Sutton1000@live.co.uk.
