On the evening of the  22nd of February I will be doing a firewalk across 12 feet of red hot coal!!!!

I am doing this as part of a four day seminar with the wonderful Anthony Robbins, a master in the field of personal development.

I am a certified Life Coach and work with people to  help them bring about changes, and to enable them to have what they really want in their lives.

Although the firewalk is designed to highlight to us our ability to do something amazing which we would have previously thought impossible, I thought that it would be a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s Disease and to raise some money for this very worthy cause.
