Story

First of all, many thanks for visiting the Teams fundraising page.

This years Charity Bike ride will involve the 20 or so Sanderson Weatherall volunteers crossing the country on the 152 mile Walney Island in Cumbria to Sunderland in Wearside coast to coast route (W2W) over what will be three long days in the saddle!  The riders will be raising money for this years chosen charity - Dreams Come True - and you can read a little about the good work they do to the left hand side of this page - or visit their website at www.dctc.org.uk .

The 2009 team members are: Nick 'the pusher' Heap; Richard Baxter; John 'Bad-Boy' Goodchild; Mark Fazal; James Reynolds; Jonathon White; Liz McLoughlin; Sarah Stevenson; Jemma Wallace; Anthony Tubbs; Adam Burkinshaw; Andrew Wilkinson; Craig Newton; Corinne Lee; Bob Fletcher; Claire Holbrook; Matthew Clarke and Simon Heather - with partial assistance from Richard Farr & Robert Patterson (who have offered to meet the team in the pub on the last night!).  You can learn more about the route by visiting www.cyclingw2w.info .
