On the 24th of April Swansea Netball Club and I will be climbing Pen Y Fan. This is in order to raise money for Transplant Sport.

In August 2013, at the age of 13, Sarah (my sister's close friend) unknowingly contracted Septicaemia and sadly died. Many charity events have taken place in her memory since then, all of the money going to Transplant Sport! Sarah understood organ donation was important and enjoyed playing netball for her school, and therefore her parents chose Transplant Sport to raise money for!
