You may have heard that I am going to make an attempt on the Bob Graham Round in September.  This is one of the UK's classic hill or fell running challenges and involves about 70 miles of running, ascending some 28,000 feet in the Lake District of England to be completed within 24 hours.

You may not know that my little sister, Emma, has Lupus.  Lupus is a disease that attacks the immune system, making it particularly difficult to treat.  One organisation that provides support for lupus patients, is Lupus UK.
