We would like to welcome everybody to the University of Liverpool Islamic Society Just Giving Page. Here we would like to advertise and inform you of our project for our well-established Annual Charity Week 2013 which will be 28th October - 3rd November

This year we are raising money for a much needed Bread Factory in Aleppo, Syria

It costs approximately £467 per day to run this Bread Factory with a monthly running cost of around £14,000. This Bread Factory produces 6,000 loaves per day, which are delivered by volunteers to 1,500 needy and poor families. This amounts to around 7,500 individuals being fed on a daily basis. The students have pledged to raise money to run this Bread Factory for a whole month, thus we aim to raise £14,000. We desperately require your donations and support to help us fulfil our targets, and Muslim Hands fully support our efforts towards this noble and lifesaving causes in an emergency and conflict zone. We also hope to provide feedback on this project at a later date
