PLEASE READ : Important information for ticket bookings

           1. Just Giving Transaction : Please DO NOT select “ANONYMOUS” when processing your donation on Just Giving ... WE NEED TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE

      2. Individual and multiple tickets :  Guests will be placed on “mixed” tables at organisers discretion.  If you want to be with other specific guests, you MUST provide a Group Name that you all make reference to in your booking.  Failure to do so may lead to seating disappointment ! Tables are a maximum of 10 people.

      3. Table Bookings : When booking a full table package you will need to provide a Table Name and full list of guest names for seating plans by e-mail as below.

Reception 7pm / Dinner 8pm / Carriages 12pm

Tickets £100 to include dinner and your wine and beer for the evening ... yes you read that right, unlimited beer !

VIP packages available as follows:

Bronze - £1000 : Secures a table of 10 for the 3 course dinner with beer and wine for you and your guests
Silver - £2000 : Secures the Bronze package plus premium wine, champagne on the table and a TRT top
Gold - £3000 : As Silver plus prime table position, featured company logo (optional) and a rugby personality and their partner on your table (thats 2 of your 10 seats taken) - subject to availability
