Story

Ben Robart's "Take 5, Give 5" campaign:

# THANK YOU TO MY FRIENDS AT BLACKROCK WHO DONATED NEARLY £100 IN AUGUST!  THIS IS ON TOP OF OVER £600 RAISED BY BANK OF NEW YORK IN MAY AND JUNE.  I AM NOW WELL ON THE WAY TO MY SECOND THOUSAND !!

Welcome to my fundraising page!

I am asking you to please ...

Take 5 minutes, now or in future, to find out about theRoyalHospitalfor Neuro-disability (RHN)

Give 5 pounds (or less - or more!) to the RHN via the "Donate Now" button above (for cheque donation, see below). Anything will help.

Tell 5* people, if you can, about my target (whether you decide to donate or not)

The quickest way for me to reach my target is if everyone who gets involved tells 5 other people about it (like a pyramid scheme, but legal and for a good cause!).

You can donate by clicking on the "DONATE NOW" button above.

Your help really will make a difference to the lives of the patients in the RHN.  Look at "Adam's Story" (http://www.rhn.org.uk/doc.asp?catid=20&docid=2236) as an example of their work, but please come back to THIS PAGE  to donate.

Donating through this site is easy, fast and totally safe. It is also the best way to sponsor me: The hospital will receive your gift more quickly and, if you are a taxpayer, an extra 28% tax reclaim will be added at no cost to you.  (If you would rather send a cheque, please email me for details - see below).

I really appreciate your support.  Here are another 5 things that I appreciate, when I think how lucky I am when other people are suffering:

- my parents for bringing me into the world and keeping me safe

- school to make sure I do well in life

- food and drink to keep me alive

- family and friends to keep me company

- that my 5 senses all work properly

Remember - the more people you tell about this, the more lives we can change.  If you can't think of anyone else to tell, please don't let this stop you from making your own donation!

Thanks again

Ben Robart

If you are visiting without first having seen my fundraising letter and form, and you would like a copy, please email me at: ben.robart@ntlworld.com (you can still donate now without it).  My letter also asks you to consider 5 things that you appreciate (not compulsory).
