Hi!!

In an attempt to get fit, lose weight, become a better person, and - most importantly - beat my mum, I will be running the BUPA London 10,000 on the 26th May in aid of Kisharon.

Kisharon is a north London based charity which educates and cares for Jewish people with learning difficulties.  You can find out more about them at www.kisharon.org.uk.  I really feel that the services, care and support they provide, which include schools and accomodation, are vital for the people that they help, and really hope that you will also want to support them.
