As most of you will know by now we are doing a half marathon along the Thames towpath - and we are all so glad it is nearly all over!  You will also probably know that we are running in memory of our friend Tanita to raise money for the cancer charity that looked after and treated her during her illness.  She would definitely laugh if she could see us all struggling around our training runs and coming up with inventive excuses not to do it!

It would be great if we could meet our rather ambitious target....and we can't do that without you!  If you are able to sponsor that would be great......thank you!!!
