As you may know my dear Dad has suffered several strokes now and thank goodness hasn't suffered any lasting effects, but it is nice to know that the Stroke Association were there should we have needed any help or support.

I've decided to do a tandem skydive to raise money for this worthy cause. I'm extremely nervous so PLEASE give generously! The more money I raise the less likely I am to change my mind!
