It is able to offer support to people suffering from depression, eating disorders, abuse, relationship problems, bereavement and a wide range of life crises. It is our aim to alleviate despair and suffering without religious, sexual or racial prejudice.

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. For some mad reason Paul and I have entered the Bath Half Marathon (seemed like a good idea at the time!) for a counselling charity called Focus. I'm writing to ask if you could kindly spare a few quid and support me with some sponsorship! I'd be very appreciative and by using this site it's really simple.
