As most of you know, I am having an early mid-life crisis as the big 3-0 creeps nearer (September …arghhh!)
I’ve secured the toy boy ; ) and am now trying to prove that you can still be buff (ok…become buff!) in your thirties….by signing up to cycle from LONDON TOBARCELONA . I will be cycling 1296km over 11 days including 2 days in thePyrenees from Wednesday 22nd August – Sunday 2nd September 2007.
Apart from the mid-life crisis… more importantly I will be raising money for SPARKS and would be really grateful if you could sponsor me! Instead of showering me in champagne and expensive gifts for my …gulp…thirtieth…please do it for the kids! THANK YOU!
