Compassionate care for the community. Southern Hospice Group is the charity for the three hospices our local communities know, love and support. Chestnut Tree House children's hospice near Arundel, Martlets in Hove and St Barnabas House in Worthing.

Story

This will be the sixth year running that the EMEA Tax Office has done a sponsored walk in memory of Theo Millis who had been the Head of the Department until 2003 when he died unexpectedly from cancer.

Over the last 3 years, individually and with the help of friends & colleagues at American Express, we have raised over £4,000 which we donated to the Martlets Hospice in Hove - the Hospice relies heavily on local fundraising as it is not part of the NHS and needs to raise approximately £3 million each year to fund the excellent work it carries out in Brighton and Hove and the surround area.

This year we will be walking on Wednesday August 26th a circular 5.5-mile route through the Sussex countryside.   So dig deep and help us continue to raise valuable funds for this worthy cause.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - We raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
